Hosted by MILES Academy of Florida, this event blends elegance, inspiration, and generous giving in support of our leadership and mentorship programs. Guests enjoy exclusive experiences, meaningful conversation, and an atmosphere rooted in confidence, joy, and purpose. Every contribution helps us expand access to transformational learning opportunities for girls across South Florida. Together, we are shaping bright futures and guiding girls to shine from the inside out.

About Jhodi-Ghaele Pommells
Jhodi-Ghaele Pommells is an educator, youth advocate, and founder of MILES Academy of Florida. With a passion for cultivating confident young leaders, she designs programs that nurture identity, leadership, creativity, and community connection for girls across South Florida. Her work centers on empowerment through mentorship, exposure, and meaningful experiences that help young people see themselves as capable of shaping their world.
GIRLS CLUB AT A GLANCE
Girls Club provides mentorship, enrichment, and exposure-based learning experiences for girls ages 9 to 18 from underserved communities.
Meeting on Saturdays throughout the school year, our sessions help girls explore their creativity, leadership, and confidence through hands-on activities such as culinary classes, entrepreneurial workshops, museum visits, and our signature Girls Leadership Conference.
What began in March 2021 with just five girls has now blossomed into a thriving community that has positively impacted more than 75 young leaders, each learning to dream bigger, lead boldly, and uplift others along the way.
